Job Descriptions:

1. Provide level 2 on-site technical support.

2. Follow-up support for company's products and services.

3. Propose solutions and prepare proposals.

 

Job Requirements:

 

1. Minimum requirement a Degree, Diploma or Professional certification in IT.

2. Certification in MCITP or MCTS (in either Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, SharePoint) is a plus.

3. Basic knowledge in Linux or RHCE or LPIC is a plus.

4. Possess own transport and willing to travel is a plus.

5. Applicants must be willing to work in Serdang, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya area.

6. Strong command of English (spoken and written) is a MUST, Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written) and Mandarin (optional).

7. Analytical, result oriented and good communication and writing skill.

8. Selected candidates will be given training.
